Alexandra House
Alexandra House provides 24-hour emergency shelter, support services and advocacy to battered women and families.
Opportunities are available answering the crisis line, working with resident women and children, preparing meals and assisting women in criminal and civil court proceedings. BridgeLink volunteers have provided a number of theme dinners such as a Hawaiian Luau and other creative events. Resident children have also enjoyed a game time before or after the meal.
